Domus Avi Vaticano operates as a guesthouse within a renovated apartment, offering classically furnished rooms with parquet floors and colourful fabrics. The property provides an intimate alternative to larger hotels, with soundproof rooms and a lift for easy access. Daily housekeeping and a 24-hour snack bar/deli are available throughout the stay.

Each air-conditioned room has a private en suite bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. Rooms come equipped with an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar, plus free coffee pods and tea bags replenished daily. Family rooms and cots for young children are available, and all units include a safety deposit box and allergy-free options upon request.

The guesthouse is located 30 meters from Ottaviano Metro Station, providing direct access to the Spanish Steps in a 6-minute ride. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, and St. Peter's Basilica is within walking distance. A roundtrip airport shuttle service is available on payment, and on-site bicycle rental offers an alternative to public transport.

Guests benefit from express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, and lockers for secure bag storage. The property is monitored by 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, and smoke alarms, with key access and security alarm systems in place. Concierge service and a fax/photocopying station are available for business travelers.
